SONY XPERIA T

Sony Xperia T has been announced in August, 2012 and it is available in Market from September, 2012. Here is the overview of the mobile phone.

Sony Xperia T comes with the support of 2G and 3G only.

The 2G supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900.

The 3G supports HSDPA 850/900/1700/1900/2100

Sony Xperia T comes with the facility of Micro-SIM. The total weight of the mobile is about 139g.

Display and Sound

The display of the new Xperia T is of TFT Capacitive touchscreen, with Shatter proof and scratch-resistant glass protection.

Sony Xperia T supports Multi Touch facility which will respond to 4 fingers at a time and it supports up to 16M colors.

It has a 3.5mm jack for Head Phones and Loud Speaker is also provided.

It supports Stereo FM radio with RDS.

The Call alerts in Sony Xperia T are by Vibration and MP3 ringtones only.

Memory and Data 

The internal memory of Xperia T supports 16 GB storage supported by 1 GB RAM.

It has the MicroSD card slot which supports up to 32 GB.

It supports GPRS and EDGE facilities, with GPRS up to 70.4 kbps and EDGE up to 236.8 kbps.

The speed of Xperia T in HSDPA is 42.2 Mbps and in HSUPA 5.76 Mbps.

The wireless technology in Sony Xperia T supports wi-fi standard 802.11 a/b/g/n,dual-band,  DLNA, wi-fi direct and wi-fi HotSpot. 

Bluetooth and USB

It supports Bluetooth of version 3.1 with A2DP.

Sony Xperia T supports Near Field Communication (NFC) .

It comes with micro USB v2.0 (MHL).

Camera

Xperia T comes with 13 Mega pixel camera, with the rate of 4128 x 3096 pixels.

 It has a LED flash and the auto focus facility.

The camera included the features like face detection, geo tagging, touch focus and Image Stabilization

The Video recording is available at the rate of 1080p@30fps along with video stabilization.

The secondary camera is about 1.3 MP with 720p@30fps.

Battery

It comes with a non-removable Li-ion 1850 mAh battery.

The stand by time is up to 450 hours for 2G & 410 hours for 3G facility.

The Talk time is up to 7 hours for 2G & 7 hours for 3G.

 The music play time is up to 16 hours.
