LG NEXUS 4 E960

LG Nexus 4 E960  has been announced in October, 2012 and it is available in Market from November, 2012. Here is the overview of the mobile phone.

Nexus 4 comes with the support of 2G and 3G service only.

The 2G support GSM 850/900/1800/1900 

The 3G supports in 2 types HSDPA 850/900/1700/1900/2100  
                                          HSDPA 900/2100
Nexus 4 comes with the facility of Micro-SIM. The total weight of the mobile is about 139g.

Display and Sound

The display is of True HD IPS Plus Capacitive touchscreen, with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection.

Nexus 4 supports Multi Touch facility and it displays up to 16M colors.

It has a 3.5mm jack for Head Phones and Loud Speaker is also provided.

It doesn’t support FM radio.

The Call alerts in Nexus 4 are by Vibration and MP3/WAV ringtones.

Memory and Data 

The internal memory supports 8/16 GB storage supported by 2 GB RAM.

There is no external card slot.

The GPRS is of Class 12 (32 - 48 kbps) and EDGE is also Class 12.

The speed in DC-HSDPA is 42 Mbps; HSDPA 21 Mbps;  and in HSUPA 5.76Mbps. 

The wireless technology supports Wi-Fi standard 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band,  DLNA and Wi-Fi hotspot.

Bluetooth and USB

It supports Bluetooth of version 4.0 with A2DP.

It comes with micro USB v2.0. (slim port)

Nexus 4 supports Near Field Communication (NFC).

No infrared support.

Camera

Nexus 4 comes with 8 Mega pixel camera, with the rate of 3264 x 2448 pixels.

It has autofocus facility and LED flash.

The camera has included the features like Geo tagging, touch focus, face detection and photo sphere.

The Video recording is available at the rate of 1080p@30fps.

There is a secondary camera facility with 1.3 MP camera.

Battery

It comes with a Non-Removable Li-Po 2100 mAh battery.

The stand by time is up to 390 hours for both 2G & 3G.

The Talk time is up to 15 hours for 2G & 15 hours for 3G.
